NUSTAR REWARDS FAQ

NUSTAR Rewards is the official lifestyle rewards membership program of Cebu’s first and premier integrated resort destination, NUSTAR Resort and Casino.

Signing up for NUSTAR Rewards is FREE. Membership is open for qualified applicants 21 years old and above only. To sign up, simply visit the NUSTAR Rewards Counter.​

The card is valid for one year from signup while your Rewards points is valid for one year from earning. You can apply for renewal by presenting your expired membership card at the NUSTAR Rewards Counter.​

As a NUSTAR Rewards member, you have access to resort-wide perks and privileges. Earn and redeem points, get priority access to events, and receive exclusive offers for your ultimate leisure and enjoyment.​

NUSTAR Rewards has five card tiers:​

Classic – Free​
SILVER – To upgrade  earn 500 Status Points​
GOLD – To upgrade earn 3,000 Status Points​
PLATINUM – To upgrade  earn 10,000 Status Points​
VIP ELITE – To upgrade earn 50,000 Status Points​

Classic is our entry-level tier. Earning Status Points will allow you to be upgraded to higher tiers.

Earn or use your points every time you dine, stay, play and shop at partner establishments within the integrated resort.

You can ask for a card replacement by presenting your valid ID at the NUSTAR Rewards Counter.
